Learning Technologies Group Plc. its subsidiaries, and its associated businesses (“LTG”, “we” or “us”) engage third-party entities to perform limited activities in connection with our Services.
What is a Sub-processor?
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) calls these third-party service providers sub-processors.
Designated sub-processors may have access to client data as part of delivering the services and all associated functionalities. Agreements established include privacy and security terms which are substantially the same as those set out in LTG Service Agreements These require that commercially reasonable physical and logical safeguards be maintained to adequately protect client data from unauthorised use. Where we are providing SaaS solutions, we will perform such services with appropriate levels of security.

Before engaging any service provider, we perform due diligence, including a vendor security assessment. Our service providers are subject to contract terms designated to ensure any personal data processed is in accordance with our commitments to our clients and applicable data protection laws.

The Learning Technologies Group of Companies may engage LTG affiliates to perform limited activities in connection with the SaaS services provided.

Updates to this Page
Due to the nature of our global business, our service providers may change. We may update providers if we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our Services. We will periodically update this page to reflect upcoming additions and removals to our list of sub-processors, and send email notifications to all impacted clients.
Clients may reasonably object in writing to the processing of their personal data by a new sub-processor within 30 days following notification. If a Client does not object during this 30 day window, the appointment of the new sub-processor shall be deemed accepted.
