Invest in LTG
Learning Technologies Group plc (LTG) joined AIM in November 2013. It welcomes investors and potential investors to explore these pages for useful information and has been designed in full accordance with AIM Rule 26.
Learning Technologies Group plc is the holding company of a group of high quality companies that provide a comprehensive and integrated range of services and technologies to corporate clients in the field of learning technologies. It is our aim to consolidate the learning technologies sector in the coming years and become the foremost full-service learning technology agency in the world. Our international offices are expanding quickly, and our UK operation is one of the most trusted and successful in the industry.
The Directors expect LTG to achieve organic growth driven by its differentiated service offering and the structural growth of the e-learning sector, alongside growth by acquiring complementary businesses.
The Directors believe that LTG is the first publicly quoted company in the UK that is focused on consolidating the corporate e-learning sector. LTG is well placed to establish a substantial global organisation by combining e-learning companies from Asia, Europe, Latin America and US to form a market-leading learning technologies agency.
In November 2013, the first acquisition for LTG was Epic Group Limited, a leading learning technologies agency, established in 1986 and headquartered in Brighton, United Kingdom with additional offices in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (established in 2011) and New York, United States (established in 2012).
The next strategic acquisition was LINE Communications in April 2014, which was acquired with the purpose of merging it with Epic, to create the undisputed UK leader in the e-learning custom content market. The acquisition marked the first realisation of LTG’s ‘buy and build’ strategy to create a learning technologies business with revenues in excess of £50m. Together, they form LEO, the strong foundation stone for growth for LTG which has the requisite size, scope and reach to deliver complex, global learning solutions.
The Group acquired Preloaded in May 2014. As LTG’s second acquisition, this was a strategic move to add the services of a specialist learning games company to the group, strengthening LTG’s position as a global end-to-end service provider of learning technologies.
In July 2015, LTG acquired Eukleia, an e-learning provider to the financial services sector. The acquisition of Eukleia brings with it significant strategic benefit to the group, including a presence in the substantial and growing market for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
During the next few years, we will achieve significant expansion by acquisition through the judicious use of our research, and our industry-specific expertise (which is second to none).
